| A | Occasionally severe weather such as high winds and fog can lead to cruises being cancelled. This is less likely in summer and those affected would receive a full refund or if preferred, tickets to use on another day. |

| A | In summer the ticket office on site sells daily tickets. In winter, you can buy them on the boat. You can also book your tickets in advance online (a small booking fee of £0.50 applies per ticket when booked online). |

| A | Sweeney’s Cruises strive to offer every assistance to disabled passengers. The boat we would recommend to any wheelchair users is the Astina – please call in advance for advice. Due to health and safety reasons, electric wheelchairs, regrettably, cannot be accommodated. |
